I’m working with a successful scale-up developing screen-free audio platforms. Since launching, they’ve redefined audio engagement by creating an intuitive experience that allows children to control their own audio content without screens, microphones, cameras, or ads.

Supported by a recently secured £22 million in funding, they’re looking to continue scaling its creative audio products to even more families worldwide.

Recognised by TIME Magazine’s Top 100 Inventions and Bloomberg’s UK startups to watch this is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-driven company!

You’ll be responsible for scaling and mentoring a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and delivering top-quality hardware solutions that align with our product vision.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience delivering complex hardware products to market, from concept through mass production.
  • Strong expertise in engineering principles.
  • Experience in consumer audio technologies such as audio/acoustic design, NFC, Bluetooth, WiFi, batteries, and power management.
