Our client, a world leading Semiconductor manufacturer, is looking to hire an experienced Channel Sales Manager for the Central European region to grow and support their existing Distribution partners. 

We are looking for Channel Sales Managers with a "hands on approach" but able to drive a Sales Team to uncover new business with the Channel partners and with a design-in driven approach.

Candidates applying for this role must be able to work from an office located near Stuttgart.

       Your Duties:
  • Identify new projects to drive growth
  • Define, monitor and execute sales goals/strategy for the Channel partners
  • Provide & Deliver annual strategy
  • Own supply chain for the distributor partners
  • Product and revenue forecast and budget 
  • Set sales budget Monitor/ review input of demand creation Funnel for the region

    Your profile:
  • Electrical Engineering Degree
  • Previous Distribution / Channel management experience is a must.
  • Proven Sales leadership experience (Semiconductors) - able to drive large sales teams.
  • Fluent English and German is a must
  • Good Presentation skills
