Embedded Software Contract

Inside IR35 - £60-£75 per hour - Hybrid Working

IC Resources has partnered with a long-standing client, one of the worlds leading consumer electronics companies based out of West London, that has tasked us with finding them an Embedded Software contractor. As the right engineer you will have experience with Embedded C++ development, preferably on DVB/IPTV/DTV products, onto a mix of proprietary real-time and Linux platforms for a 4-6 month initial project. You will also preferably have knowledge of streaming technologies such as DASH or HLS, web based extensions such as EME or SME, multimedia frameworks such as GStreamer and some Python scripting experience.

The client has determined this role as inside IR35 and will expect candidates to work on-site at least 3 days per week.
