Embedded Software Engineer

An Embedded Software Engineer is sought by this leading provider of Audio Development Tools and IP used by creators of audio-enabled products worldwide. The Embedded Software Engineer will be based at the European R+D Centre in Stuttgart and will be responsible for developing embedded audio software in C and C++ for automotive and consumer electronics applications. The Embedded Software Engineer will be working as part of a team who are responsible for the complete software development lifecycle.

You will have completed your technical education and have a minimum of 2 years post graduate software development experience preferably gained in developing embedded software under RTOS or Linux in C and C++. Your background will also include some firmware / bare-metal level development preferably gained in a multiprocessor, multi-interface environment. Any exposure to audio systems / software development, MATLAB, Python or JIRA would be beneficial.
