- Proven experience in leading and recruiting embedded software engineers.
- Expertise in commercial Embedded C development.
- Proficiency in bare metal software development.
- Ideally, experience in developing drivers for low-level communication interfaces, such as SPI, UART, and I2C.
- Knowledge of BMS (Battery Management Systems) or EVs (Electric Vehicles) is a plus.
