Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working

Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 per annum + 15% Bonus

Role Overview:

As the Embedded Software Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a team of embedded software experts.

Your primary focus will be low-level firmware development, interfacing with electronic peripherals. Your experience in team leadership and recruitment will be essential as they shape their team to reach new heights.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading and recruiting embedded software engineers.
• Expertise in commercial Embedded C development.
• Proficiency in bare metal software development.
• Ideally, experience in developing drivers for low-level communication interfaces, such as SPI, UART, and I2C.
• Knowledge of BMS (Battery Management Systems) or EVs (Electric Vehicles) is a plus.
