Engineering Manager

This is a new opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join an exciting seed-stage start-up developing novel processor technology. This role can be Bristol or Cambridge based.

Our client is at the beginning stages of their clean sheet design, with plans to hire 15 Engineers over the next 18 months. An Engineering Manager is required to lead and grow the Silicon and Software teams. The Engineering Manager will be a key technical decision-maker, and will lead multiple design groups (ASIC, hardware, verification, software and architecture) to ensure development and execution is aligned with committed goals.

The right candidate will be an experienced Engineering Manager with a background managing ASIC as well as software teams, and a great ability to motivate and train up more junior team members over the coming years. A start-up spirit is essential!
