A global leader in aviation technology is expanding its European team and looking for a driven Business Development Representative. This is a key role in driving growth across the EMEA region, focusing on strengthening relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities in the aviation aftermarket sector. Remote role in the UK.

Key Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in business development, account management, or a similar client-focused role
  • Strong understanding of the aviation aftermarket or technical B2B sales
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience with SaaS, ERP solutions, or enterprise software is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN)
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
