Executive Assistant & Office Manager - Semiconductor - Paris Region

A world leading semiconductor company is looking for an experienced individual to take on the position of Executive Assistant & Office Manager for their office located to the South of Paris.

This position will involve a full range of administrative tasks and will be supporting senior executives across EMEA, as well as local sales, marketing and engineering teams.

Candidates will ideally have previous personal assistant/executive assistant/inside sales and/or office management experience.  Project management skills would be highly sought after as well as any previous sales/commercial experience.

You will be a very structured and driven individual, with excellent computer skills.

This is an exciting opportunity with a very dynamic company and will be involved in a variety of tasks.  This is a crucial role, and you will be a truly valued member of the team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree within Business Administration, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Experience working within the electronics or semiconductor industry would be highly advantageous
  • Problem solving skills and business acumen
  • Excellent MS Office Skills including Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Project, Canva and SalesForce will be a plus
