FAE Manager - Semiconductors - EMEA

A leading company in electrical measurement, servicing the automotive, energy and mobility industries is looking to hire a European Field Application Engineer Manager.

As European FAE Manager, you will lead the European Regional Field Application Engineers for all industry verticals (Automotive /Industrial). 

You will ensure the team provides the correct technical support to customers and close cooperation with the sales teams, global product managers, R&D and operations.   You will also be responsible for developing and growing the existing team.

This position will ideally be located in Paris or Munich.  

FAE Manager Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience, with a successful track record within a FAE role
• Power Electronics and Semiconductor experience
• Team leadership experience, preferably with remote people management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to hold technical presentations and training sessions, both internally and externally
• Fluent in English, additional languages such as French and/or German would be highly advantageous
• Flexible with a willingness to trave

This Senior lead position will suit a Principal FAE with some management experience and the desire to lead an EMEA-based team.
