Field Application Engineer - Wide Band Gap Semiconductors:

A global manufacturer of state of the art power semiconductors is seeking a Field Application Engineer to strategically support the company's future growth. As the Field Application Engineer you will be working closely with the sales team and provide pre- and post-sales technical support to both new and existing customers across the industrial market in DACH and Benelux. Main focus will be on winning design across your designated territory. Furthermore you will also manage and train distribution FAEs. The company is on of the market leader within this segment and is planning to grow this success in their core market.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Several years of experience in the field of Power electronics
• Ideally experience with Wide Band Gap Technology (SiC / GaN)
• High level of motivation and eagerness to learn
• Passionate about directly engaging with customers and partners
• Excellent communication skills in English (German a big plus)
• Willingness to travel
