Field Application Engineer

This role can also be based remotely, or from our client’s office in Munich.

Our client is a global leader in energy management technology for a huge range of markets. They are seeking a Field Application Engineer to support their European customer base, mainly within the automotive industry which is mainly centred in the South of Germany. The Field Application Engineer will report to the VP Sales, and act as a daily interface between Sales Managers and Business Leaders to ensure the best levels of customer satisfaction.

The key requirement for this role of Field Application Engineer is knowledge in the High Power / Sensor IC field, for instance:

• Inverter / Motor Control
• Battery Management Systems
• On Board Chargers

The right candidate will be experienced providing technical support to customers, be fluent in English, and ideally, speak strong German.
