Field Application Engineer – Semiconductor IP or CPU

My client, a semiconductor IP scale-up that are revolutionising chip design, are seeking a Field Applications Engineer to join their team in the UK or France. As Field Applications Engineer you will specialised in semiconductor IP or CPU and will be covering customers in the UK, Europe and Israel. You will be responsible for leading technical customer engagements, understanding their requirements and acting as the customer advocate to internal teams.

Home-based in UK or France with travel.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPU and SoC architecture.
• Expertise in either hardware development (RTL, implementation, verification, validation, backend, FPGA) or software development (C/assembly, OS/RTOS, IDEs, Compiler/Debuggers).
• Proven track record of successful customer engagements.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of customer interactions.
