Foundry Device Engineer

Our leading edge client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Foundry Device Engineer to be responsible for the process technology, integration and operation of semiconductor device structures.

The role will involve liaising with foundry teams to optimise manufacturing flows and to develop semiconductor structures for the company's product. Analysing and optimising device operation will be a key to the role.

Required skills for the Foundry Device Engineer will include:

• Strong semiconductor device engineering experience
• Proven expertise in process technology, semiconductor integration, and device structure
• NPI and foundry interface experience
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related discipline
