Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We have an amazing opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our amazing team. We are an established, growing business with big plans for the future – we’d love you to be part of that. 

All Graduate Recruitment Consultants will receive training and ongoing coaching and support from their manager. We have our own training professional onsite to help you learn all the skills you’ll need to excel in your new role, as well as a structured induction program in place to help you succeed.

What does a Graduate Recruitment Consultant do?

• Use sales, admin, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract briefs from our existing clients (no cold calling)
• Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
• Receive and review applications, organise interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
• Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression and negotiate pay and salary rates
• Work towards and exceed your first-year basic targets 

The ideal candidate for the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role would: 

• Be confident on the phone in speaking to our candidates and clients
• Be organised and good at time management
• Have an excellent eye for detail
• Be motivated by a goal-orientated approach to work
• Be able to work well in a team as well as on your own initiative
• Be efficient and reliable in completing the tasks set for you.
