- As a member of their in-house hardware team, you'll be at the forefront of the hardware program, designing and crafting custom PCBs for a variety of cutting-edge trading projects.
- Collaborate with the silicon team, delving into board and system requirements, and see your designs through from schematic capture to prototype production.

Technical Responsibilities:
- Schematic capture and board designs, with a focus on power supply design.
- PCB design and layout, including high-speed links.
- Coordinating with PCB manufacturers and component suppliers.
- Optimising designs for manufacture, considering cost-effectiveness, and peak performance.
- Board bring up.
- Proven industry experience working on digital high-speed designs including Serdes, PCIe or Ethernet.
- Demonstrated experience of schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium Designer, or industry-standard tools).
- Profound understanding of PCB signal integrity, materials, trace matching, and impedance control.
- The ability to craft complex multi-phase power supplies.
- Ability to take ownership of significant projects from inception to completion.
- Knowledge of lab/test equipment is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
- Familiarity with hand and reflow soldering.
