The ideal Head of Hardware will have:
- 10+ years of experience in FPGA design, digital logic, and low-latency system development.
- Proven expertise in RTL coding, test bench creation, synthesis, timing analysis, and emulation.
- Proficiency in System Verilog, Xilinx FPGA tools, and programming languages such as C++, Rust, and Python.
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience within engineering teams.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Jenkins and a solid understanding of hardware-software integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
