My client, a leading manufacturer of Audio solutions is looking to hire a Head of Marketing to support the UK/EU region. 

This role is office based from Cornwall. 

Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in overseeing the marketing function, content creation, and output.
  • Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate and sales goals in collaboration with Directors and the Management Team. 
  • Define and execute short and long-term marketing activities in accordance with the strategy and budget, with approval from the Managing Director.
  • Formulate comprehensive 360 content plans, leveraging the in-house team across various marketing channels such as press, industry organisations, worldwide sales distribution, dealers, online platforms, and events.
  • Assume responsibility for crafting messaging and creating all content, creative materials, and supporting elements in harmony with the company's brand values.
  • Drive the online strategy for lead generation, digital software sales, and customer acquisition and retention programs.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the success of marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives.
  • Provide monthly reports to management, detailing all marketing developments and KPI achievements.
Requirements 
  • Possess over 5 years of senior marketing experience targeting a global audience.
  • Have more than 5 years of experience managing marketing teams in a technology manufacturing environment, preferably within a professional audio or AV technology-related brand.
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in executing product campaigns with a commercial focus.
  • Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Proficient in managing relationships with press, agencies, and channel partners.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical application of digital marketing and advertising techniques, including social media and websites.
  • Experience using professional image editing and design software.
  • Proven ability to plan and oversee complex simultaneous campaigns.
