Head of Sales & Marketing – Semiconductors - Spain
An exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales and Marketing to join a semiconductor startup who are looking for their 1st hire in EMEA.
This young and rapidly growing company is actively looking to expand in Europe, and offers the chance to grow both commercial and technical support teams. You will focus on direct customers within the industrial IoT and consumer markets, as well as establishing distribution channels.
Suitable candidates will have strong semiconductor experience and be comfortable working and travelling extensively across EMEA. Previous management experience would be advantageous but not a must. Candidates who are familiar with sensors/sensing technology would be highly advantageous.
You will be hands on and be comfortable creating and deliver the commercial strategy for EMEA.
Candidates will be required to speak fluent English and Spanish.
Package on offer is negotiable subject to skills and experience, plus bonus, share options and benefits.

Head of Sales & Marketing Requirements:
- Proven experience within sales and marketing within the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of working across markets such as industrial, IoT and consumer markets
- Sensor/digital sensing/analog-to-digital experience would be highly advantageous
- Exceptional ability to analyse market trends and competitor behaviour
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel globally when required
