Fabulous new opportunity in Bristol for an experienced HR Manager to join a well established global software technology company.

They are expanding rapidly and need someone to lead and develop their HR function.

You will be responsible for defining their HR strategy in partnership with the MD and Senior Management Team.

This is a wide and varied role which covers the full range of HR responsibilities

Key skills/experience required:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (minimum 2:1).
  • Demonstrable experience in a HR manager role (ideally within tech/engineering companies).
  • CIPD qualifications to at least Level 5.
  • Experience in developing and supporting Line Managers.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Company.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment & payroll legislation and the ability to apply this.
  • Knowledge of the responsibilities and administrative requirement of a Sponsor Licence.
  • Payroll administration.
  • Previous experience of managing a highly skilled, professional team of employees.
  • Awareness of the implications of working in an international company.
