HW Engineering Manager

Exciting start-up opportunity as Hardware Engineering Manager.

The ideal profile I am looking for will have ASIC & FPGA development experience, knowledge of SoC architecture, and a consistent track record of delivering complex IPs / chips to tape out.

This is a highly technical and detailed environment, so high-speed digital backgrounds are preferred - PCIe, Serdes, ethernet, gigiabit and / or implementation / development of algorithms for ASIC / FPGA applications is preferred.

MUST HAVE experience of:

• ASIC / FPGA product development experience
• 10+ year's industry background
• 5 years' leadership / tech lead or management experience of complex teams
• Delivery of complex, high-speed digital IPs or SoCs / full chip tape out
