IC Design Director

I am recruiting for an IC Design Director to join a well established and growing organisation Based in Zurich, Switzerland that develop ground-breaking machine vision sensor technology.

You will oversee a growing team of analog and digital IC designers developing image sensor ICs for a wide variety of markets, from consumer electronics, to IoT to smartphones. You will also  have a central role in hiring into the ASIC team, and be hugely influential in the overall technical direction of the company.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience in the following areas:

• An extensive hands-on background in either digital IC or analog IC design
• CMOS image sensor experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong hands-on development skills
• Fluent language skills in English (German is a bonus)
