IC Design lead

This is an opportunity for an engineer with hands on analog IC design experience to join a growing design centre in Munich as an IC Design lead. 

In this position as an IC Design Lead, you will take full responsibility for the IC development during the design phase. 

Additional responsibilities include:

• Executing the design strategy and conduct design reviews.
• Work on product definition, size and resolve any design issues.
• Work on the block-level specifications
• Provide technical guidance for other engineers in the team and generate the work packages for the design team.

Industry degree qualified the successful Analog IC Design Engineer will have experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design and leading or managing a team.

You will have experience in some or all of the following:

• Experience with analog IC design in CMOS processes.
• Hands on experience with hall-effect sensor technology.
• The ability to debug and analyze circuits.
• Able to work onsite at least 3 times a week.
