As IC Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end silicon development programs, overseeing everything from initial specifications to tapeout or production release.
You will need:
- Successful management experience of a multi-disciplinary project and engineering team encompassing silicon digital design, verification, physical implementation, analog and mixed-signal, silicon validation, embedded software, and hardware.
- Experience with ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems is crucial
- Efficiently manage time and proactively oversee multiple projects across various locations, a critical factor for success.
- Proficiency in ASIC and VLSI design flows and their interdependencies, enabling high-level technical discussions with tech leads regarding IC development schedules, costs, and quality considerations.
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in shepherding silicon projects from concept to production release.
- Background in working within a dynamic engineering environment.
- Proficiency in managing external customers and stakeholders.
- Previous hands-on experience in silicon development in functional areas like front-end design, verification, or physical implementation would be advantageous.
