An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Lead Integration and Validation Engineer to join a leading company within the defence industry.

As the Integration and Validation Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring flawless assurance and compliance strategies, while also contributing to Project Management efforts to support the cost-effective and timely delivery of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the verification and certification processes.
• Leading the proving process using methodologies such as environmental, EMC, and electronic functionality testing.
• Managing and reporting on work packages to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Balancing independent work with collaboration in a team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in verification, certification, and validation processes.
• Expertise in environmental and EMC methodologies and electronic functionality testing.
• Strong background in managing projects and delivering reports on work packages.
• High degree of self-motivation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Electronics technologies knowledge and experience within the defence product range (preferred).
