With autonomy to execute your ideas and a supportive, responsive team, this is a chance to grow both technically and creatively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrated Circuit Design: Develop new analog circuit technologies, emphasizing medical applications, achieving super low leakage and minimal dynamic power.
  • Technology Development: Master leading-edge semiconductor technologies like GLOBALFOUNDRIES 22FDX or other innovative processes, ensuring ultra-efficient designs.
  • Tool Mastery: Utilise and refine your skills with design tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso, while staying on top of evolving tools and techniques.
  • Foundry Collaboration: Drive critical technical discussions with semiconductor foundries, with a focus on selecting the right processes and fine-tuning PDKs for optimal performance.
  • Team Integration: Work seamlessly with System Engineering, ensuring designs meet overarching product goals while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Education: A Diploma or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or Physics.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential for daily communication; knowledge of German is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Experience: A background in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design is highly desirable. Familiarity with project management principles and experience driving development projects will set you apart.
Preferred Skills
  • Mastery of analog design tools (Cadence Virtuoso or equivalent) and knowledge of digital design tools.
  • Understanding CAD design flows and experience in handling semiconductor technologies like FDSOI or FinFET.
  • Familiarity with integrating and managing design IP, and experience working with IP suppliers.
Why Apply?
