Junior RF IC Design Engineer

This is an opportunity for an experienced RF IC Design Engineer to be based in the growing semiconductor hub of Dresden. You will join a growing startup working on the development of a non-cellular 5G wireless microchip.

Responsibilities include:

• Work on the design of complex transceiver blocks.
• Deliver Analog/RF blocks with leading-edge performance using innovative architectures.
• Experience with Frequency design.
• Documentation of design work and participation in design reviews
• Provide technical expertise and mentor junior team members
• Experience with ADC/PLL design.

An industry degree is required for the successful Junior RF IC Design Engineer.

Experience is required in the following:

• Solid understanding of RF CMOS circuit design and transceiver architectures.
• Experience of designing high-performance RF circuits in deep sub-micron technology.
• Cadence Virtuoso Design Framework Experience
• Experience on Layout design and strategy overview
