Junior Validation Engineer

Our client is a forward thinking, semiconductor scale-up who are seeking their next Junior Validation Engineer to support the bring up of the next generation devices!

Responsibilities for the Junior Validation Engineer:

• Support the initial setup, troubleshooting, and performance assessment of custom semiconductor devices.
• Design and implement testing procedures and hardware to validate chip functionality.
• Identify and configure specialised measurement tools required for component analysis.
• Examine test data, identify inconsistencies, and enhance testing methodologies for improved accuracy.

Requirements for the Junior Validation Engineer:

• Background in Electrical Engineering plus strong knowledge of circuit fundamentals 
• Eligibility to work in the UK 
• Skilled in Python to develop scripts for test automation and data analysis
• Familiarity with communication interfaces 
• Exposure to RF measurement equipment
