My client, a leading manufacturer of connector technology, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support their Key Accounts in the Automotive Industry across France and part of Europe.
This role will be based in Paris with a hybrid working model (1-2 days in the office). Travel to clients across France is required.

- Expand business within Automotive Accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans.
- Negotiate contracts and support finance and quality teams.
- Train and collaborate with the Business Development Assistant Team.
- Provide regular reports to the Automotive Sales Manager.
- Analyse results and initiate corrective actions as needed
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business management or electrical engineering/electronics.
- 5+ years of Automotive Business Development or connector/electromechanical product experience.
- Strong negotiation skills, technical proficiency, and multilingual abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work autonomously.
- Stress resiliency and leadership qualities are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Japanese organisation practices is a plus.
