My client, a leading manufacturer of connector technology, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support their Key Accounts in the Automotive Industry across France and part of Europe.

This role will be based in Paris with a hybrid working model (1-2 days in the office). Travel to clients across France is required. 

Responsibilities
  • Expand business within Automotive Accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and support finance and quality teams.
  • Train and collaborate with the Business Development Assistant Team.
  • Provide regular reports to the Automotive Sales Manager.
  • Analyse results and initiate corrective actions as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business management or electrical engineering/electronics.
  • 5+ years of Automotive Business Development or connector/electromechanical product experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills, technical proficiency, and multilingual abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and work autonomously.
  • Stress resiliency and leadership qualities are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Japanese organisation practices is a plus.
