My client, a leading provider of embedded imaging solutions, is looking to hire a senior salesperson / Key Account Manager to support key accounts across Europe within the industrial and civil markets. 

This role can be based remotely from France, Belgium or the Netherlands.

Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager
  • Increase sales and market share in the designated markets and clientele through pre- and post-sales activities in line with business policies, strategies, goals, and target markets.
  • Add to the collective intelligence of the organization by providing regular, in-depth information on market trends, channel partner actions and outcomes, competitor positioning, customer present and future demand, and new business prospects.
  • Management of direct sales to major customers (Tier 1 and Strategic 2) in accordance with company strategy
  • Identify significant and probable sources of high revenue.
  • Create a sales strategy that increases market share, penetration, the design-in process, and revenue at the key clients.
  • Carry out the plan and keep an eye on the outcomes.
  • Ensure that demand generation and opportunity closure actions are completed.
  • Strengthen the organisation's position among its key clientele
  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven track record of success in account management or business development within the Industrial or Civil industries
  • Experience with embedded imaging, vision systems or other optical technologies; infrared is a plus
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to travel
