Lab Technician (12 - 18 Month Contract)
Location: Milan, Italy

IC Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lab Technician to join a dynamic team specialising in cutting-edge semiconductor solutions.

In this role, you will support the testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced semiconductor devices, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability in a collaborative and innovative lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lab Operations: Conduct testing, measurements, and data collection for semiconductor devices across a range of operational conditions, adhering to strict quality standards.
• Equipment Management: Operate and maintain a wide variety of lab instruments.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues in hardware setups, test configurations, and measurement processes to ensure smooth lab operations.
• Automation Assistance: Collaborate on test automation projects by supporting hardware integration and maintaining accurate setups for automated testing procedures.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices and experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced lab environment.
