Lead Compiler Engineer

A very exciting opportunity to join an ambitious AI/ML scale-up in Cambridge focusing on developing software for pioneering AI-integrated silicon products, with a strong focus on performance optimisation.

As a Lead Compiler Engineer you will develop toolchains for machine learning workloads and you'll have the opportunity to lead/build a team in this space, turning into a management opportunity. They are looking for an experienced and driven individual, who's looking to take the next step in their career and work towards an exciting, long-term project.

What's required?

• Compiler development experience - LLVM/MLIR/GCC
• Team lead experience 
• Machine learning experience 
• Desire to build and drive a team forward
