Baden-Württemberg, Germany (3+ days onsite weekly)

IC Resources is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our client’s dynamic team in Baden-Württemberg. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AI professional to drive cutting-edge data science initiatives, leading a high-performing team and working with petabytes of high-frequency sensor data. Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership, strengthening and expanding the Data Science Team.
• Lead the development and market launch of innovative, high-impact AI products.
• Define and implement Deep Learning architectures to create synergies across data science projects.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Essential Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of SOTA Deep Learning architectures and their application to complex sensor data.
• Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience across all phases of the MLOps lifecycle.
• Fluent English, and conversational German
