Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership, strengthening and expanding the Data Science Team.
- Lead the development and market launch of innovative, high-impact AI products.
- Define and implement Deep Learning architectures to create synergies across data science projects.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of SOTA Deep Learning architectures and their application to complex sensor data.
- Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience across all phases of the MLOps lifecycle.
- Fluent English, and conversational German
€70-90k base
