Lead Full Stack SW Engineer - Java/React/Angular

This is a successful Cybersecurity software company with a range of products focused on both SME and multinational markets, and with a global customer base.

They are expanding their SW development team, as they aim to release the next generation of their products, and are looking to hire a Lead Full Stack Java Developer (with 5+ yrs commercial experience).

This role will involve being responsible for the delivery of software solutions aligned to the product roadmap. As well as being a hands-on technical role, you will also be involved with mentoring, coaching and providing technical leadership within a team of developers; working to encourage and challenge thought processes and solutions, helping to create an autonomous high-performing team

Key skills/experience required:

• Experience of taking leadership responsibilities - both from a technical and personnel perspective
• Strong Java 8+ (essential)
• React (essential)
• Angular
• Spring
• Microservices
• AWS cloud services.
• Working in an Agile environment (essential)
• Experience/understanding of DevSecOps and CICD processes would be great.
• Experience of working in small teams
