We’re partnered with a company in Reading working in industrial control. They’re seeking an experienced Lead Hardware Design Engineer to spearhead development and manage a small team of design engineers across the product development lifecycle, driving innovation and excellence.
As the Lead Hardware Engineer, you’ll take responsibility of coordinating designs of innovative, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring seamless development from design to production. Lead and mentor the electronics and production team, fostering collaboration and growth.

- Proficient in PCB hardware schematic design and PCB design/layout.
- Previous experience working on embedded applications and micro-controllers.
- Knowledge of both digital and analog circuit design.
- Production testing, evaluation and debugging.
- Documentation to support hardware design and production.
