Key Responsibilities as the Lead Test Engineer:

• Lead and mentor a team of test development engineers in their day-to-day activities.
• Drive process and infrastructure improvements proactively.
• Communicate project updates and challenges to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in test engineering technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Team Leader role within a high-tech R&D environment.
• Strong background in test development and automation.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile transformation processes.
