We have an exceptional opportunity for a Linux Kernel Embedded Software Engineer to join an exciting Semiconductor company with offices based near Northampton and Reading who are revolutionising wired connectivity, with a focus on greater speed and efficiency. This is a technical hands-on role that requires working closely with Tier-1 customers, startups, and other engineering teams to develop, test and maintain embedded software for silicon projects.

For this PCIe Embedded Software Engineer, we are looking for someone with:

• Experience developing Linux Kernel Drivers
• An understanding around PCIe or high-speed network communications
• Deep understanding of embedded programming in C and C++
• Experience working with Network peripherals
• Understanding of computer architecture (CPU, SoC, ASIC, GPU)
