Linux System Administrator

A Linux Systems Administrator is sought by this expanding semiconductor company to be based at their R+D HQ near The Hague in The Netherlands.

This is a mission critical position as the Linux Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing the ever-growing computer server infrastructure including setting up and maintaining the Linux-based servers, integrating cloud services and setting up and maintaining operating systems and automation software.

The Linux Systems Administrator will also provide end-user support to the global engineering teams.

You will have gained 3+ years of experience in a similar position including computing infrastructure management. You will have a good understanding of end-user hardware, software, Linux OS and design and automation systems.

You also need a good knowledge of Linux OS system management (docker, gitlab, NIS etc.) and cloud services (AWS, Azure). Any exposure to CAD tools or Matlab would also be beneficial.
