This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Logistics Manager to join a dynamic company to establish and lead their logistics operations. The Logistics Manager will be the first hire in the logistics team, responsible for developing and managing logistics processes, including import and export compliance for the UK, EU, and Asia. This role involves building the logistics department from the ground up and optimising supply chain operations. This is a key position and will be managing the complete end-to-end logistics process for electronic components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies.
  • Manage import/export compliance for UK, EU, and Asia.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise supply chain processes.
  • Monitor logistics performance and identify improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts where needed.
  •  Experience in logistics management for electronic components.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations for UK, EU, and Asia, specifically for electronics.
  • Experience working within Aerospace, Defence or Satcoms industries is preferred 
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
