Machine Learning Research Engineer

This Machine Learning Research Engineer vacancy is in the district of Spelthorne, UK (outskirts of London) with a market leading research and development centre. An excellent opportunity to join an esteemed group of ML Researchers & Engineers working on the application of research into proof-of-concept, for globally deployed commercial products. My client is offering a hybrid model of working with up to 2 days per week from home if needed and an excellent total package. 

Primary responsibilities

Research and development of AI frameworks and tools, from initial planning stages through to deployment of production-ready software 

Required experience

PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar

AI specialism in one of the following: Graph neural networks, AI security/privacy, recommendation systems, distributed learning/optimization

At least one first-author 1 publication and/or 2+ second-author publications from the following: NeurIPS, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, ICML, ICLR, SysML, AISTATS,TPAMI, IEEE IoT, IEEE TNNLS, JMLR

Demonstrable experience developing AI frameworks and tools in Python or C/C++

Excellent foundations in a breadth of deep neural networks as well as more traditional ML
