We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record of designing and developing complex mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced structures and mechanisms for propulsion systems and satellites.
• Perform rapid design, prototyping, and testing (R&D) of satellite subsystems.
• Conduct hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate and optimise designs.
• Prepare and manage technical drawings, ensuring compliance with GD&T standards.
• Perform trade studies to optimise cost, performance, schedule, and safety considerations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate subsystems into larger systems.

Experience Required

• Mechanical Design & Analysis: A minimum of 3 years of experience.
• R&D Prototyping: Hands-on experience in rapid prototyping, design, and testing.
• CAD Proficiency: Skilled in CAD modeling and preparation of technical drawings.
• Structural Analysis: Expertise in failure mode analysis of complex systems.
• FEM Tools: Proficiency in using ANSYS or similar FEM software.
• Aerospace Systems: Experience in aerospace or satellite system design is highly desirable.
