MEMS Process Engineer

Our Scottish based client is currently searching for a MEMS Process Engineer to be responsible for developing and optimising MEMS fabrication processes within the fab. The role will involve process development, characterisation and foundry qualification to support production transfer. Driving MEMS failure analysis activities will also be required for the role.

Required skills will include:

• MEMS fabrication experience
• Semiconductor process knowledge (photolithography, CVD, etch, CMP etc)
• Experience in semiconductor process Failure Analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Degree qualified
