This is a superb opportunity for a Multiprocessor SoC Engineer to join one of the world’s leading Semiconductor companies working at the very forefront of RISC-V SoC technology.  

Based in Grenoble, France, our client is expanding their Research team targeting next-generation RISC-V SoCs. They seek a Multiprocessor SoC Engineer to join their world-class team; ideally someone from a Hardware RTL background, with an understanding of pipelined RISC processor architecture.

In this role you will:

• be involved in an exciting array of areas including architecture, design, hardware modelling, accelerator architecture and integration
• Get to grips with critical performance bottlenecks on modern computer architectures and have the chance to tackle these challenges alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry
• Be exposed to exciting new directions within SoC research and the very latest emerging technologies.

As the successful Multiprocessor SoC Engineer you will have:

• A degree (MSc / PhD) in Computer Science, or similar
• Previous experience working within a digital ASIC / SoC design role, with hands-on RTL design expertise in VHDL or Verilog
• Previous hands-on experience working on SoC / CPU design or architecture
• A good understanding of processor-based SoC design and the challenges involved in integrating multiple processors
• A great team work ethic, and excellent communication skills
