Nanofabrication & Characterisation Engineer

Our Paris based client is currently searching for a Nanofabrication and Characterisation Engineer to be responsible for fabricating superconducting circuits within a cleanroom environment. The role will involve performing characterisation of manufactured devices as well as process improvement and ensuring quality parameters are met. 

Required skills for the Nanofabrication and Characterisation Engineer will include:

• Strong semiconductor process skills including lithography, electron beam lithography, wet and dry chemical etching, thin film deposition
• Knowledge of superconducting circuits required
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor or master’s degree in nanofabrication, physical characterisation, semiconductors or equivalent
