Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our clients manufacturing operations, ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management and manufacturing processes ideally within the Semiconductor space. 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure product/service excellence and compliance with industry standards.
• Streamline manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness, employing methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Oversee core manufacturing operations, managing resources and addressing real-time issues.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to assess and enhance quality and operational performance.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and high-quality material deliveries.
• Monitor the budget for operations, manufacturing, and quality assurance, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Prioritize safety and environmental compliance in manufacturing operations.
• Focus on meeting or exceeding customer expectations in terms of quality, delivery, and performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting quality, safety, or manufacturing, while creating contingency plans.

Skills & experience required:

• Extensive leadership experience in quality assurance and manufacturing, preferably within electronics or semiconductor industries.
• Thorough understanding of industry regulations, quality standards, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of quality management tools.
