Experience of the Operations Manager includes:
- Experience working in an office, operations, or HR support role
- Familiarity with ISO standards (9001 & 27001) or willingness to learn
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and discretion when handling sensitive information
- A can-do attitude and a love for helping things run efficiently
