PCB Layout Engineer, Reading

Salary: Up to £60,00 per year, plus excellent benefits

Due to continued growth, I am seeking a PCB Layout Engineer to join an experienced design team working on cutting-edge technology used by many leading companies for critical communication systems.

As a PCB Layout Engineer, you’ll work alongside a team of experienced engineers taking ownership of the complete PCB design whilst working in collaboration with the other development team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on PCB design using Cadence (or Mentor Graphic Expedition/Altium)
• Strong experience in complex multi-layer PCB design.
• Extensive experience laying out High-Speed PCBs (including DDR4, PCIe Gen4 and 100Gb Ethernet).
• Knowledge of schematic capture and PCB layout
• An understanding of DFM, DFA, and DFT.
