Photonics Process Researcher

Our innovative new start-up with recent industry funding is now searching for a Photonics Process Researcher to join the development team in Italy. The role will involve developing photonic fabrication process modules for integration into silicon photonics process flows. Working to get the development from R&D through to production and scale-up will be a crucial part of the role, as well as ensuring clean room processes and equipment are working at a specified quality level.

Required skills for the Photonics Process Researcher will include:

• Strong photonics process experience and knowledge
• PIC device knowledge
• Strong communication skills and drive
• Knowledge of clean room process and equipment
• Degree qualified
