Physical Design Engineer

Physical Design Engineer – Berkshire 

I am looking for Physical Design Engineers of all levels as I have an exciting new role in Berkshire.

This is a superb opportunity to join my client, a leading international service company at their new UK Design Centre. This role would best suit a Junior Engineer wanting to take the next step in their career and expand on their knowledge or a Senior Engineer looking to lead a team and help the development of Junior Engineers. You will be working on state-of-the-art and will be exposed to the full Physical Design flow.

Requirements:

• A good academic record with a 1st or 2:1 in Electronics or a related field
• Knowledge of entire PD flow from netlist to GDS (Floorplanning, Power planning, Placement & Optimization, CTS, Routing, Post route optimization and DRC closure).
• Experience in logic synthesis, conformal, static timing analysis and Place and Route (PnR)
