Physical Design Engineer – Hampshire

I am looking for a Physical Design Engineer to come and join a client in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Satellite SoCs through the complete life cycle.

You will join a dynamic team that are now leading the way to market leadership by building complete products and systems based on their advanced technology.

Their chips are used in a range of applications such as Automotive, IoT, Broadband, and automotive.

Required experience:

• A good academic record with a 1st or 2:1 in Electronics or a related field
• 3+ successful tapeouts
• Knowledge of the entire PD flow from netlist to GDS (Floorplanning, Power planning, Placement & Optimisation, CTS, Routing, Post route optimisation, and DRC closure).
• Experience in logic synthesis, conformal, static timing analysis, and Place and Route (PnR)
• Experience working on projects at 28nm and lower
