Presales Engineer - Optical Switches

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for problem-solving and customer engagement? One of our dynamic clients is seeking a Presales Engineer to join their team. In this role, you’ll act as the technical expert, supporting sales efforts by demonstrating how their innovative solutions address real-world challenges for clients.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of networking technologies (routing, switching, security protocols).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualisation tools (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Ability to identify client needs and design tailored technical solutions.
• Skilled in conducting engaging product demonstrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of technical architecture.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and relay feedback to internal teams.
